• Rossie designs and prepares fresh and delicious meals
based on criteria provided by the client. A personal chef
service is the perfect answer to providing you with great
tasting, healthy, affordable meals in the comfort of your
own home without the daily hassle of shopping, cooking
and cleaning up. Rossie shops for groceries, brings them
to your home, then prepares the dishes, packages and
labels them with heating instructions. Rossie will bring all
the necessary equipment to complete the service, and
typically will prepare 2-3 days worth of meals, with the
capacity of up to one full week of tasty and fresh dishes.

Parties and Small Event Catering

• If you stress out about putting together an elegant dinner
party and want to impress your guests, Rossie's Delight will
be the ideal choice in helping you accomplish your goals.
From an intimate dinner for two or a gathering of thirty,
Rossie's Delight can tailor each event for any specific
occasion. Rossie also had the recent opportunity to cater
a 50-guest wedding at one of her clients' home as well as
numerous graduation and birthday parties. Rossie's Delight
will impress your guests with fresh ingredients, unique
flavors and exquisite presentation.

Cooking Lessons

• Cooking is not just about recipes. It is about how to take
ingredients and make them taste as good as possible. And
that is what Rossie excels in. Learn a new cooking skill,
brush up on your cooking techniques or start at the very
beginning in the kitchen with a series of cooking lessons
provided by Rossie. A cooking lesson by Rossie's Delight is
a wonderful present for a friend, a fantastic and considerate
idea for mother's day or any other occasion.
