Rossie catered my wedding for 70 people at my house. There
were 4 different meals and numerous appetizers, salads and
small plates, all made from scratch. That included her own
home-made pesto spread, which is to die for. The wedding
was an incredible success and the food and presentation
was unbelievable. Ask for her eggplant moussaka - it is
out of this world!

I hired Rossie to cater a wine tasting party at my home.
Rossie's character really makes her wonderful dishes even
more delightful. Personable and attentive, she observes and
asks great questions to best fit the meals and service to your
needs. We were very impressed by her original food creations
and great presentation. She and her assistant did all the
serving/cleaning up leaving me to relax with my guests. It
was painless!! She also charges less than any other
catering/personal chef company I have used.
